What is a low-fat alternative to coffee for a good wake-up in the morning?
I LOVE cream with my coffee (can’t drink it Black or with milk), but my pants are getting tight and I know it’s from the 2-3 coffees a day i drink…
Any suggestions for something else? thanks!

it contains caffeine too- however, not as much as coffee and it works well in assisting with weightloss too! plus, its warm too like coffee so its great! the only thing is that you may have to adjust to the taste, but that wont take too long…good luck
