These plans are complete from the instructions to cutting and assembly to actually building it.
After deciding on the plan, your next step is to decide on the type of wood you want to use. The type of wood is influenced by your plan, as well as by the look you want for the table. For example, pine is good for a plain painted wooden coffee table. But if you decide to stain it, oak or birch is better. Cut the pieces of wood or lumber as specified in the plan, and smooth each piece by sanding it.
Finally, you can start building your coffee table. Screw the top rails into the table top with the help of screws and corner supports. Target the table legs, and chisel each one in a way that they fit perfectly against the bolt head. Clamp each leg to the top rails at each corner and drill a hole through the corner support and leg. Finally, insert the bolts and then tighten them. Once you are done with the assembling of the table, you can follow this up by staining or painting the coffee table. If you have had enough of wood furniture at your place, then you need not go for an all-wood table.
