Choosing the Perfect Coffee Table
The lowly coffee table. It’s a a piece of furniture we often just take for granted. However, the right style and location can make it much more than an unnoticed space-holder.

If you have small children, consider tables with plenty of built-in cupboard and drawer space. You need somewhere to hide all those crayons and toy cars.
Tables with adjustable-height tops can double as dining tables, especially for the little ones. If you’re going to use yours for TV dining, look for one with a wipe-clean surface.
There’s no law that says any furniture pieces must be centrally placed in the room. If space is limited, have several smaller ones dotted around as end tables.
