Decaf Coffee Bean

Monosodium glutamate (MSG) in foods has been well documented and it may be in coffee too.?
I really don’t if MSG has been added to ground Coffee Beans or not, I just know that I react as if there were to some restaurant’s coffee (decaf). If MSG hasn’t been any added to the ground coffee, then perhaps the plant or beans pre- or post-harvest have been sprayed with Auxigro or similar. Auxigro contains thirty-some percent free-glutamate. Free-glutamate or free-glutamic acid is the part of MSG that is the neurotoxin (that makes people react). Many foods are approved to be sprayed with Auxigro and it is being done to produce and nuts in California and probably other states and countries as well
First I dont know what you really are trying to ask?
Monosodium Glutamate is a main ingredient of soya sauce and is used as food tenderiser in the Chinese restaurant. I dont think that it is really harmful though it was proved harmful for infants below 1 year.
All food has got traces of chemicals which are harmful or carcinogenic to health, ultimately it is the permissible limits. Dont think too much also otherwise you wont be able to eat anything and has to remain starving.
