If you goal is to drink it by itself (like on the rocks), then it is superior. If you are planning to make a cocktail (like a White Russian) I would stick with Kahlua, or even Tia Maria. It is pretty senseless to pay top dollar for a spirit if you are just going to alter the taste with a garden variety mixer. I always feel it is best to stick with a middle of the road spirit (Jose Cuervo, Absolut, bacardi, etc.) if you are mixing.
